·        Greenbriar Park – Get ready for a facelift @ the park as NSA is partnering with a master gardener who will not only supply, but also plant beautiful foliage in the park! – We hope that residents will offer their watering, weeding expertise to preserve our new treasure in the neighborhood.

·        Debbie S.is our ambassador to the park – Thanks so much for all your hard work!

·        CORNER GARDENS – NSA, along with the Garden Society and WRPCO will continue to maintain as well as develop new corner sites to continue to enhance the appearance of the neighborhood

·        EARTH DAY – Thank you to Clinton School and Ms. Vinh, her students, Ms. My, Tim Gibson, Green Briar Park Supervisor and all the NSA staff who coordinated the activities for the day. Special thanks to the NSA team including Debbie Sidock, Bonnie Jacobs, Suzanne Poirier, Ann G. Bonnie T. and Maggie R. who made the day a success for the neighborhood

*There will be a narrative and pictures on the NSA website

·        ORGANIZED CALLING – was discussed @ the previous S & S committee meeting 4/13/09 where the use of the NSA website on a regular basis will alert residents of local problems with refuse, etc. where residents will be called upon to call 311 en mass which is very effective. This plan will be developed further in the near future which hopefully will empower residents to take action as a community to keep our neighborhood safe and clean.
