By the appearances of these new faces in our community that points to the fact that some property owners are either absentee landlords and/or are not screening tenants thoroughly prior to moving in their apartment buildings. I don't mean to imply that all of these new tenants are up to no good, however, it seems like there is more garbage and kids gathering with baseball bats and no balls donot give a safe feeling as you pass by on foot. Bottom line, I would like to see efforts on cracking down on absentee landlords are irresponsible.
